GoatSurfer Retro MTB

GoatSurfer Retro MTB is a small online resource for people that are intersted in Vintage, retro and Classic Mountain Bikes. It is in no way intended to compete with any of the far more concise and established resources already out there, instead it is a collection of useful things related to vintage mountain bikes that I have collected along the way.

The main reason I started this site was for the Pace Forks Timeline which I have done for the benefit of the RetroBike community. The rest is a bunch of stuff that you might find useful and might not....enjoy :-)

Pace Forks Timeline This is a timeline of all the forks Pace Cycles produced up until the year 2001, after which I lost interest. The object of this is to have a chronological timeline with high quality pictures, model numbers and product info for all the Pace forks.		My Bikes I may be slow but I do build and ride vintage mounatin bikes, here is where you will find my project bikes, daily riders and anything else that is sitting in my shed, hidden in my house or stashed in the barn.

How To's and Tech Stuff Another random collection of How To's and technical tips on how to do various things related to vintage mountain bikes such as removing anodising, polishing aluminium frames etc.		Eastern Woods Research Historical and brand info on one of the coolest and toughest mountain bikes ever made, the Original Woods Bike.
