{"id":98,"date":"2011-12-08T17:23:00","date_gmt":"2011-12-08T17:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.goatsurfer.com\/retromtb\/?p=96"},"modified":"2012-04-18T11:26:09","modified_gmt":"2012-04-18T11:26:09","slug":"out-door-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goatsurfer.com\/retromtb\/?p=98","title":{"rendered":"Out Door 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">I already should have sold a bunch of stuff this year but I am super lame with such tasks normally, preferring to indulge in other more exciting projects and hobbies and just &#8216;talking the talk&#8217; when it comes to ACTUALLY photographing bike parts and selling them <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/retromtb.goatsurfer.com\/_images\/emoticons\/em.icon.blush.gif?w=620\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><br style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\" \/><br style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\" \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">This guy was a REAL super lazy deal. I had stripped <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goatsurfer.com\/M1000.html\">my little M1000 Cannondale<\/a> maybe a year ago and sold off the Manitou III&#8217;s and probably a few other bits too and Mr Frame was just hanging up in the Man Cave alongside a bunch of other frames that I keep telling myself I will build and ride one day when out of the blue I got an email via the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goatsurfer.com\/index.html\">Goatsurfer website<\/a> asking about the M1000 and would I consider selling. He was a new member of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.retrobike.co.uk\/forum\/\">RetroBike<\/a> from Germany. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>I said &#8220;yeah maybe, but I have to remove the stuck M900 brake bushes first&#8221; and dithered around for a few weeks before taking some pix and sending them him, along with serial numbers and frame measurements.
